MIL-S-8802F (NOTICE 2), MILITARY SPECIFICATION: SEALING COMPOUND, TEMPERATURE-RESISTANT, INTEGRAL FUEL TANKS AND FUEL CELL CAVITIES, HIGH-ADHESION (28 SEP 1999) [S/S BY SAE-AMS-S-8802]., MIL-S-8802F, dated 20 June 1995, is hereby canceled. The preparing activity for this document has determined that SAE Aerospace Material Specification AMS-S-8802, "Sealing Compound, Temperature-Resistant, Integral Fuel Tanks and Fuel Cell Cavities, High Adhesion," dated May 1999, is a suitable replacement. Users are cautioned to evaluate SAE AMS-S-8802 for their particular application before citing it as a replacement document. CAUTION: The supersession information is valid as of the date of this notice and may be superseded by subsequent revisions.(Application for copies of SAE publications should be addressed to Society of Automotive Engineers, Inc., 400 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, PA 15096-0001.)
