【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiesthespecialsafetyrequirementsforthosetypesoffixedpneumatichandlingsystemsandcomponentsasdefinedinclause3,whicharedesignedforconveyingbulkmaterialsonacontinuousoranintermittentbasis(batchconveyingsystem)fromtheloadingpoint(s)totheunloadingpoint(s).1.2ThisEuropeanstandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandthemaintenanceofthepneumaticconveyingsystem.whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.AnnexAgivesalistofhazardsaccordingtoENISO12100-1.andthesafetyrequirementsand/ormeasuresarespecifiedinthesameorderastheyaregiveninAnnexA.1.3Thisstandardappliestodesign,onsiteassembly,andcommissioningstages.1.4Thisstandardappliesalsotothebuilt-inactuatorsandpartsofthesystems,whichcontrolthecomponents.1.5ExclusionsThisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforanyelementsusedasalinkbetweenafixedpart(s)ofthesystemandanyotherpartmountedonmobile/movablesupports(e.g.:ship,unloaders,...).Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttherisksofburnsandscaldsbytheradiationofheatsourcesorbycontactwithhotgases.Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheriskgeneratedbyionisingmaterialsusedinmeasuringequipment(e.g.levelindicators).Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforhandlingspecifichazardousmaterials,suchasradiatingmaterial,explosives,explosivegases,...Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforhazardsduetoelectrostaticchargesofpipesandequipmentmadeofnon-metallicmaterials.Thesafetyrequirementsforthetransportationincludingloadingandunloadingofthecomponentsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticconveyingsystemsusedunderground,forminingandinpublicareas.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:freezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironments,strongmagneticfields,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,radioactiveenvironment,operationonshipsandearthquakeeffects,hazardsduringdecommissioning.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforhazardsduetonoise.
