【摘要】:Cationicemulsifiedasphaltsareidentifiedbythemigrationoftheparticlestoanegativelychargedelectrode(cathode)bymeansofadirectcurrent.Aggregatesandsandsusedinconjunctionwithemulsifiedasphaltsareoftenpredominantlyeithernegativelyorpositivelycharged.Emulsifiedasphaltsshouldbeselectedtobecompatiblewiththeavailableaggregateorsand.ThispracticewillaidinidentifyingacationictypeofemulsifiedasphaltasdefinedbySpecificationD2397.1.1Thispracticeisusedtoidentifycationicemulsifiedasphalts.Positivelychargedparticlesareclassifiedascationic.Emulsifiedasphaltsthatdonx2019;tregisterapositivechargemayalsobeclassifiedascotionicslow-settingiftheycoataspecifictypeofnegativelychargedsilicasand.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
