【摘要】:Thespecifications,testmethodsandproceduresincludedinthisdocumentcoverstand-alonephotovoltaic(PV)systems.ItcoverssystemscontainingoneormorePVmodules,asupportstructure,storagebatterie(s),achargecontrollerandtypicalDCloadssuchaslights,radio,televisionandrefrigerators.ACloadswithdedicatedinvertersareconsideredasDCloads.TheloadasspecifiedbythemanufacturerisanintegralpartofthePVsystemwithregardstothedesignverification.Thefocusofthetestmethodsandproceduresinthisdocumentislimitedtosystemperformanceevaluation.Individualsub-systemsandcomponentsmaybemonitored,butonlytoevaluatetheperformanceoftheoverallsystem.Theresultsofthistestareapplicabletotheexactcomponentsthataretested.Anychangesincomponentsorcomponents'specificationsrequiredesignverification.NOTEAnexceptiontothisruleistheload.Retestingisnotnecessary,ifthenominalpoweroftheloadanditscharacteristicsarenotaltered,alwaysprovidedthatthenewloadsarealsotypetested(providedatypetestisavailable)andtheoperationfrequencyoftheloadselectronicscontroller(ifany)donotvarymorethan50%fromthenewonetotheonetestedandbeingreplaced.Hence,thereplacementofapureohmicloadbylightsusinghighfrequencyelectronicballastswouldrequireretesting,butnotthechangefromoneelectroniclightingproducttoanotherone.Thestandardisvalidforsystemtestingbothforoutdoorsinprevailingconditionsandindoorsundersimulatedconditions.Thetestingconditionsareintendedtorepresentthemajorityofclimaticzonesforwhichthesesystemsaredesigned.Theobjectofthisstandardistoverifysystemdesignandperformanceofstand-alonephotovoltaicsystems.Whileindividualcomponentsmaybequalifiedtoenvironmentalandsafetystandards,theassembledsystemneedsfurtherverification,toensurethatthecomponentsoperateproperlytogetherasspecifiedbythesystemmanufacturer.Theperformancetestconsistsofacheckofthefunctionality,theautonomyandabilitytorecoverafterperiodsoflowstate-of-chargeofthebattery,andhencegivesreasonableassurancethatthesystemwillnotfailprematurely.
