适用范围
本标准规定了法式面包的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标签标志、包装、运输及贮存。
本标准适用于以小麦粉、白砂糖、酵母、盐、水为主要原料，加入适量辅料，经搅拌面团、发酵、整形、醒发、烘烤而制成的松软多孔的法式面包产品。
